Rotary safe from Heartbleed Bug

Working with our security partners, the Rotary IT staff has concluded our website to be safe and secure from the Heartbleed Bug. Based on our analysis there is no sign that we were breached by cyber criminals.

The Heartbleed bug, a major Internet security vulnerability, was discovered Monday, 7 April. To learn more about the bug and what it means to you, read Heartbleed Bug: What Can You Do? on the Krebs on Security blog.

Whenever a security vulnerability of this magnitude is uncovered, it’s always recommended that you change your passwords. We are still encouraging users to change their Rotary passwords, and to any of the sites from the list below. Doing so will add another layer of protection between you and data thieves.
