World Water Day: Tap into Lake Michigan
Join local and national experts for a panel discussion on the global water crisis, on Tuesday, 31 March from 17:00 to 20:00 at One Rotary Center in Evanston, Illinois. The event, titled Tap into Lake Michigan, is cast as a "local perspective on the global water crisis."
The event, which organizers hope will start a broader local conversation, will enable Rotary members and the general public to mingle with influencers and representatives of local water organizations. Panel speakers are:
Cameron Davis, a senior adviser to the administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
Ian Hughes, brewery manager at Goose Island Beer Co. in Chicago
Debra Shore, a commissioner with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago
Andy Stuart, a member of the Rotary Club of Toledo, Ohio
