In the House of Friendship on Monday, convention goers register for the 2017 Rotary Convention in Atlanta at a special rate of $265. The rate, which refers to the $26.50 first contribution to The Rotary Foundation, is available through 6 June.
In a skit promoting the 2017 Atlanta convention, Rotarian Bob Hope interviews RI Director Robert L. Hall and Blake McBurney, co-chairs of its Host Organization Committee. Hall and McBurney are wearing the uniforms of the Atlanta Braves baseball team, which will move in 2017 into a new stadium, one of many sights to see in the city.
